MORRISSEY is expecting to release a brand new studio album in September 2008 after he told the BBC recently that the plan was to record the album after his current tour had finished (the last date is on 2nd November in Washington, USA) and that all the songs were "absolutely written and completely ready." During the current tour he has already been performing four new songs: ’That's How People Grow Up’, ’All You Need Is Me’, ’I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris’ and ’One Day Goodbye Will Be Farewell’. His last album - "Ringleader of the Tormentors" (2006) was released on Sanctuary Records - The full review from this album (from April 2006) can be found in our ALBUM REVIEWS 2006 section - but that contract has since expired and Morrissey has still to decide who to sign a new deal with, while Warners are being reported as one of the record companies who have offered him a deal.
